Cancellation and Refund Policy

Easy Holidays initiates the refund within 48 working hours (if applicable) after necessary approvals. After this it takes 5 – 7 working days for the credit to be visible in your respective bank accounts.

Note: This TAT is generic for most banks and may vary based on some banks

60+ Days: 25% of the total package cost (Non – Refundable)

31-59 Days: 50% of the total package cost (Cancellation Fee)

<30 Days: No refund

Optional Cancellation Protection: Rs 5,000 per person for no questions asked 75% refund up ( Cancellation before 48 hours )

Note :Travelers must share email and state the reason for cancellation at least 48 hours in advance.
